Benzema saves Madrid, Barcelona continues to top

Real Madrid is saved from the hand of Benzema. The set of Mourinho claimed victory against Mallorca in the hands of French striker scored the only goal of the game. Barcelona thrashed Racing pointer and remains comfortable in the league.

At the Bernabeu, Real Madrid managed all three points thanks to a maneuver Benzema individual that ended in a goal after 60 minutes of the meeting that Mourinho's team played against Mallorca. Without Xabi or Özil, there was little dizzy from the team merengue. Cristiano did not aim and Casillas was saving on the final.

Meanwhile, still on a roll Guardiola: rout 3 to 0 against Racing Santander. Perdomo, Messi (penalty) and Iniesta scored for premises at 10 minutes into the second part had already sentenced the meeting.

Barcelona leads the league with 55 points, followed by the Royal with 51 and third is the Villarreal with 42.

Week ends today with the clash between Athletic and Hercules.
