Estudiantes de La Plata champion screams again. The set of Alejandro Sabella won the 2010 Apertura title in Argentina after beating 2 to 0 to Arsenal de Sarandi.
The lion is the champion again. As in 2006, the La Plata re-consecrated as the best Argentine football again with Juan Sebastian Veron as the main reference.
The match was even and only 28 minutes of second half, the locals getting the goal that allowed them to avoid the tiebreaker before Velez (who at that time expired to Racing by 2 to 0 with goals from Martinez and Moralez) Hernán Rodrigo López changing one center goal. At the end, Lopez returned to score again on its head.
It is the fifth tournament title in Argentina for Estudiantes de La Plata. Since the return of the team Veron is the third title won in addition to the 2006 tournament and the Libertadores Cup 2009.
