Sunday, January 9, 2011. Sporting Gijon to Santander gets to play Week 18, with a sad background of 12 points. But what Manolo Preciado has changed in the field to have achieved such a streak? The answer is two names: Cases and André Nacho Castro. Two young players, incorporated into the first team in January and have given consistency, rigor, sacrifice and approach the center of the field in Asturian invaluable.
Nacho Cases is a subsidiary team up to play the game named Santander, where prices had water around his neck and looking for different solutions. That was when you were given the option to Nacho, a midfielder with a glove on his left, with much discretion when playing the ball and sacrifice that makes a kid who wants to succeed. While André Castro came on loan from Porto. A player who had long Sporting following and trying to sign. Young, elected last season as the player revelation of the Portuguese League. Porto are aware of the great projection of André and therefore not releasing it anyway, but Sporting is negotiating a new assignment for the next year. André has been quick to win the Sporting fans because of its delivery from the outset. A Diego Castro, who remains the star of this team and that the stands will be greatly missed next season when the leaves for Getafe.
