Spain is devoted champion of the Euro again. Del Bosque's team won 4 to 0 to the Italian and retained the title won in 2008. Iniesta was voted best player of the tournament and Torres was Golden Boot
The Red asserted candidate status in the European Championship final in Poland and Ukraine. In Kiev, the set of Del Bosque learned very early to get ahead: Silva opened the scoring after 14 minutes. Since then the match was tilted in favor of the Spanish team of Prandelli and nothing will work out. At 41, Jordi Alba and increased the score at the end, Torres and Mata finished decreeing the historic win in the final of Euro: Torres scored the third at 84 and kills the fourth at 88. It was the best of Spain, which won more comfortably.
The Spanish team had the luxury end of the tournament undefeated (tied only two games in the opener against Italy) and also had the best player of the tournament, Andres Iniesta (chosen from a list of 23 candidates) and the Golden Boot Fernando Torres, who stayed with the award for scoring 3 goals and 1 assist grant.
Here I leave a list of 23 candidates for player of the tournament.
Gianluigi Buffon (Italy), Iker Casillas (Spain) and Manuel Neuer (Germany), Gerard Piqué (Spain), Fabio Coentrao (Portugal), Philipp Lahm (Germany), Pepe (Portugal), Sergio Ramos (Spain), Jordi Alba ( Spain), Daniele De Rossi (Italy), Steven Gerrard (England), Xavi (Spain), Andres Iniesta (Spain), Sami Khedira (Germany), Sergio Busquets (Spain), Mesut Ozil (Germany), Andrea Pirlo (Italy) and Xabi Alonso (Spain), Mario Balotelli (Italy), Cesc Fabregas (Spain), Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Sweden) and David Silva (Spain).
