Deisler and weight of Fame

We see them on the pitch, idols of thousands of people, the news always, the center of attention and flashes, have lucrative contracts and drive luxury sport. We look to another level, another ladder in society as if they were different, but often make the mistake of forgetting that they are people like you and me. As if the material, which is abundant, was able to replace completely the needs and desires of a human being. Sebastian Deisler is called, was one of the great promises of German and European football at the beginning of the last decade and it seemed that his move to Bayern Munich would eventually exalt, but a nightmare of injuries and unsafe mentality bear the burden of Elite ended his retirement at age 27.

He lived a complicated time in German football. After a decade of success culminating in the World Cup and Euro Italia'90 England in 1996, needed a regeneration Mannschaft given the veteran or the withdrawal of the Möller, Hassler, Sammer and company. All seemed well on track to end the talented German, but Deisler not find that happiness in his heart: When I pass filtered Bild became a traitor. My mind said enough, I came to Munich having now sunk.

Deisler never felt comfortable with popularity: Every time I saw a fan of my age, wept, prayed to change places with him and to escape this nightmare. However, in Munich found fulfillment in his football but also experienced the bitter side of the sport. He seriously injured and helped non-fragile coping as best as possible. A Sebastian was diagnosed with a nervous breakdown in 2004 which kept him from going to the Championship that year. In 2006, another serious knee injury would force him to miss the World Cup which was played at home. Deisler did not enjoy football and in 2007 decided to end his days as a professional player with only 27 years old, hanging the right boot that gave so much joy to European football without knowing how far I could have gotten.
